1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any GenieLabs product ("Job Genie" or related extensions), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Use of the Extension

  • Job Genie is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the extension.
  • You may not use the extension to scrape, harvest, or aggregate data from job platforms in violation of those platforms' terms.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the resume and profile data you enter.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding associated with GenieLabs and Job Genie are the property of GenieLabs. You may not use our name, logo, or assets without written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Job Genie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that ATS scores reflect actual ATS system results. Scores are estimates based on our simulation logic and should be used as guidance only.

5. Limitation of Liability

GenieLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including job application outcomes.

6. Third-Party Services

Job Genie integrates with Google Sheets (via Google OAuth) and uses the Jina AI embedding model (running locally). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any GenieLabs product at any time. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
